Renovation of the stables belonging to a castle located near Lake Maggiore. This XVI century construction is an example of the english Tudor architecture. The project resulted in the conversion of the property into a luxury hotel. The main walls have been mantained but the stables have been completely redone. The planning aimed to implement the most modern criteria of energy saving systems and comfort for the user within the building's historic context.
