The goal was to combine an empty unused attic with the underlying office and merge them into a single apartment. We intervened on the structures of the building creating a new slab and a new staircase connecting the floors. The living area is situated on the lower level above which are the bedrooms. Taking advantage of the reconstruction of the roof, a large terrace was built overlooking the garden of the property.
